The rooms are basically Appartements and nicely furnished. 2 LCD televisions with a couple of English movie channels and CNN
2 ac's in room and nice area of Porto Alegre,which is a nice city
Bathrooms have big and strong showers and spray for cleaning by toilet(a lot more effective than toilet paper)
Bed is big and comfortable. Internet which is wifi or Ethernet works well in the room
Also a microwave and big fridge in lounge room
Nice work desk. In effect could be two work desks as other table and chair and a sofa. Sofa could be a little bigger in terms of width,so could sit back more comfortably.
Corridors are a little narrow and dark as they have sensored lighting that comes on a little late. But that is minor problem.
And minibar is disgracefully expensive. So I got them too remove it after the first night
Breakfast is nice and quite simple.coffee is terrific
There is also pool and gym that have seen,and seems nice
To sum up,comfortable,affordable,spacious and pleasant
