“Clean, with a great overview of the city”

It's a nice hotel, really good value. It offers:
- a small kitchen;
- a sitting room with a TV and a small desk where you can connect your computer with the internet with a cable provided by the hotel;
- a bathroom
- a bedroom with a TV.
- a balcony (with glass windows) with a nice overview of the city.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
The bathrooms would be aesthetically nicer had they been renovated, but they are clean and for me that's the most important thing.
Service is good at the reception desk and at the room service. I ordered dinner twice in my room and it was really tasty.
Breakfast is OK for the size of the hotel.

“Nice location”

1st - the location is pretty good - a short walk to 2-3 different parks. I stayed over the weekend and on Sunday the OpenMarket (flea type) is about a 10 min walk.
2 - a couple of dinners and pizza place is less then 2 blocks
3 - the room I had was on the 13 floor (14 total) - nice view - pool is on the 14 as well as exercise room. I had a balcony also
4 - I had a kitchen with refrig and microwave. bed was just ok - queen size - air cond worked good -- tv w/ cable only 2 english channels - CNN and BBC + some movies maybe.
5 - breakfast included -- nothing special -- 4 out of 10
6 - staff was very helpful and nice most spoke some english (front desk)
7 - I stayed 9 days (business) and it was very nice - I had no complaints although there are some better - the value was good for this one
