Short trip from airport. Nice hotel, basic rooms but all you need for a beach holiday.
Breakfast was a little disappointing. The hot food looked like it had been there far to long.
We had lunch there which was nice and drinks good. Right on strip by lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Lovely view from room. Pool nice and right on beach

We didn't stay there, but when we visited we wished we had! We wanted to change hotels right away, but we were about to leave the city the next day. such a shame we didnt find it earlier.
what an amazing hotel! very beautiful!!! we visited many great hotels there, but none of them caught us like this one did. the staff was so welcoming, they knew we were just visiting and leaving the next day but still, they were warm, gave us a tour and made us feel comfortable. the amenities are something else. the hotel is new, modern designed in the rooms and it provides you a romantic atmosphere in the common areas. next time Im going there for sure! and Im recommending it to all my friends! check their website.

Its on the beach, but beyond that there is nothing good to say about this hotel.
We stayed at this hotel from December 10th through December 15th, 2011. It took us three days of complaints to get them to clean a sticky spot on the tile floor. The AC worked by attaching two wires bare dangling from the thermostat, and then it was extreme cold only. The beachside pool had so much algae that you could not see the bottom. The second floor pool had scum so thick around the edges that guests had played tick tack toe in the filth. Shower had black mold coming down the corners like an inverted pyramid. The shower dripped all night too (very noisy). The internet was slower than dialup in the rooms, but barely useable in the lobby. I will say the food was good!
The final insult was when we were checking out and I pushed the bed out to check for lost belongings. There behind the bed was a colony of (dead thankfully) bedbugs! They had sprayed but were too lazy and slovenly to clean up the kills.
The worst part about this hotel is the "redneck" mentality. These people think they have a nice hotel. They don't even realize how bad they are.
When in Natal, go someplace else!

The best things here were the views (make sure you get a room with a good one),breakfast , and location at ponta negra beach . There is a atentious service and a good relation price /quality . The negative points in first place for me was people selling things right in front the acces to the beach. Besides, charging for internet,towels and only 8 umbrellas at the beach (136 rooms !) . There are 3 pools but neither one invited me in . Gym area is small ,bad located and old .The food at the restaurant is basic and not worth (don"t miss some restaurants nearby like camaroes potiguar for fish and shrimps , The italian piazale italia and the restaurant at manary hotel ) .
