After reading some reviews in here I felt like had to write this...
.The hotel is just amazing. I'm brazilian and my husband is Latvian and was his first trip to Brasil and we just loved all. They are very helpfull in there and location is just perfect, walking distance to anywhere and the private beach is to die for, so clean and warm that we couldn't get enough.
Breakfast is amazing with so much variety and fresh fruits and juices.
Next time we will be staying in there.

“It's OK but...”

We stayed in a deluxe room with sea sight.
Pros:
1. Breakfast Ok.
2. You can go to Ponta Negra by walk and you can catch the bus number 56 to artists, middle and fort beaches (in portuguese praia dos artistas, praia do meio and praia do forte).
3. It's near camaroes, the best restaurant of the city. D'ont miss it.
Cons:
1. The rooms haven't hot water. Just natural water at room temperature. The shower has 2 cold taps.
2. The whirlpool is open until 21 hours. It's OK at midday but you can feel chilly after the sunset. It has natural water.
3. The pool service is bad. There are a lot of man employees walking around at a loose end. In our stay nobody asked us if we wanted something to drink.
4. There are only one maid in each floor. If your room is in the opposite site where the maid begins her task you can get your room cleaned at 17 or 18 hours.
5. The hotel doesn't charge a service tax. The concierge ask for some gratuities for the employees. It isn't mandatory. We chose not to tip.
