Far away from the Center of the city and from the main beach in Natal. Dont spend too much time in Natal, a couple of days is enough, try to visit other cities near by or stay in Pipa (awesome place).

I loved everything. I went to maracajau, pipa and genipabu beach.
when I arrived the hotel, I was received for a young girl receptionist called Rosana and others receptionists too but Her English was very good. She was very simpathetic and extrovert. She gave me many informations from Natal, for examples buggy river, maracajau diver and esquibunda. Esquibunda at Jacuma beach was wonderful. I want to grateful to the staff from the hotel Parque da Costeira specially Rosana (recepctionist), Marcelo ( waiter), Ze Maria (buggy driver) Jatenai (recepctionist) and one housekeeper that I can´t remember her name. I ate one food called tapioca with shrimps with cream cheese and caipirinha.

The hotel has a great leisure space, with pools, tenis court, spa, etc. And that's all! The room, although big, is not exactly comfortable. In the freezer, there was nothing. If you'd like some water, or soda, or anything, you must ask the reception, and then wait, and wait. I don't think employees are guilty. I think managers are. In the breakfast, a huge line to get to the food. Ordered an orange juice? Forget about it. Perhaps someday it will be delivered. I booked the hotel through a travel agency. But what seemed to be a great deal was an awful trap. I called the manager to complain. He listened to everything, and did nothing! I stayed for just 3 days, but it looked like an entire month. What seemed to be a cool, relaxing hotel, was a service nightmare.
Ah, talking about location. Via Costeira is a quiet place for touristic hotels. But kind of far from Natal downtown. Nothing that can't be repared with the cheap cabs or car rentals. Furthermore, the beach in front of the hotel is not a good spot for bathing.

I left my camera in the room, and in the night when we came back, it was not there anymore. Managers didn't care and said it should have been placed in a safe box. The next day, as pay-back, the staff drank our stuff from the refrigetaror and kept the empty bottles inside.
That's considerer a 4 stars hotel ....amazing.
