This is a mid-tier, worn-down, overpriced tourist hotel from the sixties that should rate three stars and offer rooms for 200usd. Clearly not a status employer, a good half of employees are sub-standard service level, some even do not speak English. Stay out of their restaurants which are horrendous, watch out for room 2505 which is located next to elevator engine and should never be used for guests. The beach is public btw and not the hotel's. Some credit for beach guy, breakfast guy paublo and conference facilities guy who all knew great service.
Concierge especially warned me not to trust tripadvisor (sic!)
