In general the hotel is good. For those who seek luxury I would not indicate. It is a very conventional hotel with very practical acomodations for four people. The staff is kind and the pools and quite harm even during the winter time. They are building a new section of rooms, that probably will be the better. The recreation staff for children is very kind with the children. Food is ok with breakfast and diner included in the package.

I have selected Mabu to really enjoy with my family (me, wife, boy 8yo, girl 5yo) an environment of relax and same time keep children busy and happy. So Mabu for us it was perfect!
A lot of activities for children and teenager also where they keep them busy until late night. My children loved the activities. The staff to keep activities running all day long are perfect for this function, they were really selected to work there making atmosphere really superb because they like what they are doing.
The resort has a lot of things to do and all the installations are in good conditions. The resort area under very consereved green area making relax atmosphere by itself.
The food is very good. Buffet breakfast and meals included in the package. We could say good quality for food and drinks.
The swimming pool water is thermal water come from 1Km deep ground...around 37C.
The only cons is the price but I could say for a summer holidays is quite acceptable due busy season and quality of service done for us was perfect.
The location also is good: close to airport, close to the Iguassu falls (national park), close to Argentina border (nice to shopping and cassino). There is a local tour company at lobby with several packages for tour around city.

Most everything about this establishment is positive. The common areas are beautiful, the rooms sumptuous, the services offered are comprehensive. The three thermal pools are a treat to the eye, and in early morning are very enjoyable. Dining at the hotel was a rich, delightful experience. Why only a 3? The AC, despite repeated complaints, did not function. At all. Further, the place was overrun with pre-adolescent children, many of them ill-mannered, thuggish. The pools were overpopulated with these demons from noon to dusk, diminishing the use we had for them. Additionally, be aware that this place is pretty remote. Beyond the world renouned Foz do Iguacu, not much happening here. Overall, a beautiful place, with issues.

We stayed in this resort as part of our tour in Argentina including Iguassu Falls. Everyone on our tour thought this hotel was great, mainly because of the beautiful grounds, thermal pools with slides, music and a very festive atmosphere. The rooms were adequate. The breakfast and dinner buffets were also very good with lots of choices. The only complaint is that the safes are antiquated and you have to pay to get a key from the front desk.
