Service was a bit impersonal. The aircon in the room was very loud, but otherwise found the hotel good value for money and nothing else really to complain about.

The room/apartment was pleasant and clean and comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for preparing some food. However, cleaning up and washing dishes was challenging and would have been facilitated by some dish cloths/towels, soap and a way to stop the sink.

I stayed a the Mercure Curitiba bater for five days in December and cannot find much to fault the hotel. the rooms are spacious and quiet, well organized. The bath tube was superb. the room was very clean and the room cleaning done quickly during the week end. The only negative point may be the check in/out procedure that takes time as only one staff was at the reception and the person had to answer the phone, give information to tourist and perform the administrative procedure for the tourists. I did not try the breakfast but the room service was good and efficient.
