The hotel was oke, but the service and hospitality was poor. People couldn´t speak English and that was far from what we expected from a buisiness hotel like Ibis. Even after 2 weeks stay people didn´t recognise us, didn´t know what room we´re in and didn´t gave any signal that they liked their job. We visit different parts of Brazil every year and this is not what how we know the Brazilian people so were unhappily surprised. We know it isn´t a 5 star hotel and didn´t expect it either, but giving a smile and embracing hospitality doesn´t cost anything...
