This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot. Avoid at all costs. It looks nice from the outside but our rooms were terrible, dirty, with leaks on the ceilings, unclean bathrooms, broken door locks. Also I could hear everything (including the guy's snoring) from the next room. It was so bad that even though we had a 3 day reservation, we checked out next day. Despite knowing that everything was booked in Belo Horizonte for those days. We drove an hour next night just to avoid this hotel. It is terrible, believe me, avoid at all costs. Nearby Ceasar Business on the other hand is a very nice hotel.
