Now I see that needs improvement in the rooms and got worse unfortunately. The carpet seemed dirty, happily took my slippers. The room has a good size compared to the Caesar of St. Paul, which is minimal. The breakfast is good with a very friendly waitress. They are friendly reception, but when we arrived by taxi at dawn, no one came to receive us from the outside the Hotel with the bags .... than harm.

For businesses not recommend because it is far from the centers, but has a good shopping closer.

The worst was unacceptable: the bed sheet, which was a size much smaller than the bed, and really did not sleep for fear of having contatc with the mattress - as I show in the photo.
The pillow was too bad

I sincerely hope that the hotel will improve to return more often.

I stayed at this hotel for a course at Fundação Dom Cabral. This hotel is about 30 minutes from there by car. It is also quite far from downtown Belo Horizonte. We went to Xapuri restaurant at Pampulha to have dinner and it took us one hour to get there.

Internet is paid and not cheap. Connection speed is not that fast. Restaurant has few options and is overpriced. Rooms facing the road are very noisy. On the day I arrived, I was sent to one of those rooms. When I opened the door and listened to the noise, I immediately went back to the front desk and requested them to change me to a room in the back. They said the hotel was full. I insisted and they changed me. This other room was much better after I was able to lock the window (which was slightly open); the latch is quite difficult to handle.

The only convenience is that it is across the street from a large shopping mall, which has good stores and some restaurants.

I would rather not stay in this hotel again.

Stayed 3 nights. Location: good if you have business in Belvedere area, not so good for centre of Belo. General condition: good for a Brazilian hotel. Staff: good. Noise: you have to shut the windows or the barking dogs and road noise ensure a poor night. The windows have some funky latches that require a special tool. As an engineer and poor sleeper, I used my toothbrush to lever mine shut and slept ok. My usually well-sleeping non-engineer colleague did not manage to close his and slept badly. The gym tries hard nut one bike was broken and the other was partly broken. The treadmill was broken. There is a long narrow pool for laps but not heated! Biggest issue is value for money - costs as much as a similar hotel in NYC. I would stay here again given that there are a lot of poor hotels in Belo and this is better than most of the rest.

I agree this hotel is isolated from almost anything unless you're a shopper. Restaurant is considerably expensive and latte prices can vary according to the waiter's mood. Only hotel that I have stayed that the "Fitness Center" opens at 7AM, and actually you have to call to have it open for you.

No wireless in guest rooms.

Staff is corteous and attentive.
