“Terrible, terrible hotel”

Old, uncomfortable and DIRTY room with terrible service. My room was clearly dirty, which I could notice from the stains on the towels, floors and sheets. TV was not working at all. Restroom was smelling of urine. I tried to ask for another room with the reception with no result, as the city was helding an event. All other hotels I tried to make a reservation were crowded, so I HAD to spend the night there.
