I´ve stayed in this hotel for New Year´s Eve. I had two disappointements: first, there´s no parking lot, one has to pay for a private garage located outside the hotel (but in the same complex building). There´s no valet parking either. Second, when I arrived they had a problem with the rooms card system. During the first day, everytime I needed to enter to my room I had to call an employee (there´s one responsible for every floor). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the center of the city: there are a mall, some restaurants and some sightseeings within walking distance. Food isn´t great: I asked for room service, food arrived promptly but was rather regular and expensive. Because of the holiday, the hotel´s restaurants were closed. Rooms are big and included electric kettle and minibar. Sauna is tiny but great. Small pool on the terrace with great view of the city.

The rooms and hallways and restaurants were incredibly dirty. Hotel staff while friendly were not quick nor properly trained to be professional and prepared for the standards of American business travel.

It's a 3 hotels pools, but Tryp is the best (and cheaper). The rooms are very big, clean, new, and very well placed. The complex has 3 restaurants and one bar. The breakfast is so-so. There is a (cold) pool and a sauna. There isn't a gim. The view is gorgeous and it's in the center os Brasilia city. There is a shopping center (Patio Brasil) very close and the best meat restaurant (Fogo de Chao Churrascaria) in front of the hotel. The parking is U$ 8 per day. There is a gas station, a snack house close too. At night, don't walk alone in the neibourhood, it doesn't look safe.

Tryp 21 is a well located hotel. Next to the mall where you can easily catch a bus. And has a gas station across the street where you can buy easly snacks, sodas.
The breakfast has plenty of options. I could spend an entire morning trying everything.
The aparment is very confortable and spacious. It has free internet access. (the cable is already there and you just have to call and ask for username)
