A good quality resort type hotel with good facilities and rooms. Let down big time by very slow check in and check out was worse. No appreciation that people queuing was a problem that need more staff and urgency. If your Reading this please sort it as it was a huge turn off.

Most of the visitors to Brasilia go to see the beatiful urbanism and achitecture. In that sense the hotel is a very nice match. Having said that, the interior design of the rooms is not as impresive as the building and spetially the lobby. The rooms are quite big, breakfast is very decent and the service very friendly and eficient. They have nice weekend packages since the city is quite empty after friday.

Stayed at the Royal Tulip Brasilia Alvorada for one night. Beautiful lobby, great architecture!
The hotel is located near the presidential residence and a bit off the beaten path.

Great looking Spa, and amenities. Upon check-in, a friendly staff member offered me a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a great balcony overlooking the lake.

The nicest hotel in Brazilia. Safety. Friendly. Clean.
