This is a beautiful location with very nice clean rooms. Each room has a balcony overlooking the water and mountains. My stay was 5 nights and the service was excellent. I called the front desk because internet wasn't working well, and someone was at my door within 5 minutes with an ethernet cord. Room service was delivered within 10-15 minutes. The on-site restaurant is very nice with good selection. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are great. The air-conditioning was great and is controlled by a console near the beds, along with the lights. The showers are large European style with glass doors and the water pressure and temp was excellent. There is a large swimming pool which is kept very clean. There were some spa services which I didn't use so can't comment. There is a game room with billiards and I think ping-pong. The meeting room we used for the workshop was very nice. There is a shopping mall within walking distance going downhill, I used a taxi to go back up. The staff is very friendly and will help you arrange transportation for any outings. There was always a person at the front desk who spoke English. I would recommend this hotel for either a relaxing vacation stay or a business meeting.

The hotel is on an island in the twon of Vitoria. The construsction is oldish and the rooms are very simple and tired. But dont think in Vitoria there are so many alternatives.....

We were rather bedraggled walk-ins between Christmas and New Year but were happily welcomed and had a thoroughly relaxing time here.

The views over the bays are great (O.K the cement works way out on the horizon isn't terribly picturesque, but that's Vitoria's problem - not this hotels).

We had excellent service, not fussy but attentive when required. The breakfasts were splendid.

The rooms were well appointed (not huge) and lovely and cool without needing the blast of A/C.

The pools were nice and the whole place only really felt busy on our last night when it was ram packed with Brazilian families looking forward to New Year.

A real treat we would repeat without hesitation. And Vitoria's worth a visit too.

And don't forget to negotiate rates - especially for walk-ins.

This is by far the best hotel in Vitoria. The rooms are a decent size and the views are breathtaking. The hotel is on an island off of Vitoria and access to the island is via a bridge and security guard...... very safe.

I would definitely recommend this property but beware it is not listed on any site you need to go to the hotels website.
