We stayed at this hotel for our vacation to the Oshkosh Air Show. It was the cheapest hotel we could find and now I know why. We paid $150 a night and it definitely wasn't worth our money. (We later found out that the normal rate is $49.99 a night!) Our room was tiny! We had 1 queen bed and there was probably about 2 feet of walking space on both sides of the bed and probably only about 3 feet at the foot of the bed because there was a little closet and desk that took up most of the walking space. The decor of the room was simple but quite dated. There was a nice window seat that helped serve as a spot to put our luggage which helped free up some space to move around. The walls are thin though, we woke up early the next morning to faucets/showers running above and next to us and footsteps from the rooms above us and people walking down the hallway. Breakfast was horrible, there were tasteless waffles, little pieces of toast and 2 kinds of bland cereal. We ended up staying 1 night, canceled the other nights of our stay and moved to another hotel. This hotel would be OK for 1 night, but not recommended for more than that. It's definitely not worth the $150 a night we were charged!

The rooms are small --- I guess that's why they call it Microtel! But it was clean, bed was comfortable, and the free wireless Internet worked well. Very convenient and quiet location next to the mall. Basic continental breakfast. Special price for a 2-night stay of $41 was a very good value. I would stay again.

This was a basic hotel, nothing fancy. Rooms were clean, but not too spacious. The TV definitely needs to be replaced, old 19" and the remote did not have a power switch to turn it on and off. We stayed 2 nights. The towels were replaced at our request, but the beds were not made. Water for the shower was warm, but definitely not too hot to burn yourself. The location was close to the shopping center, which we were looking for and the price we found on hotels.com was right. I wouldn't have paid anything more for this room.

I was skeptical when i saw the name. But the rates were VERY GOOD. So i booked this hotel for a local, yearly car show. From the second i pulled up i new things were looking good. Nice clean curb appeal. The building is very well taken care of and so are the grounds. The parking lot was clean and everything on the outside was to say the very least was welcoming. Once we got in the Hotel the inside was very nice up to date and well taken care of. The staff was super nice and very helpful with any questions we had. The Hotel rooms were also very nice. The rooms were well taken care of everything in the hotel looked brand new! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were nice and quiet. For now on when there is a Microtel you better believe i will be staying there knowing how nice and affordable these are!!!! Highly recommended to everyone!!!
