Great location, low price, comfortable, basic rooms, good bed, quiet, pool. All in all a great hotel for budget travelers. Low cost, you must carry your own lugagge and stock your own mini bar. Breakfast not included, but you may pay per use. I recommend the bakery at the corner for breakfast: Pao de Mel on Monsenhor Tabosa Avenue. Hotel is 2 blocks from the boardwalk and a bunch of different restaurants. You can rent bycicles at the hotel and skates at the boardwalk. Try queler's self service restaurant with Brazilian Barbecue Meat Rodízio on Monsenhor Tabosa. There is a drugstore right nearby also. One great thing is that this hotel allows you to receive guests in your room. Most hotels in Fortaleza don't. So if you're traveling alone and meet someone nice, you can invite them over. Only one problem: the air conditioning does not keep up with the heat. Bring your own fan. Accessibility issues: shower and sink water knobs are round type, hard to use. There is a VERY STEEEEP ramp from the parking floor to the elevator: be careful not to fall! Otherwise, highly recommend for no frills travelers and handicap travel.
Room Tip: Only one accessible room with roll-in shower, so call early.
