Ending our trip in Brasil and due to the fact it was birthday, we decided to spend our last night in Aguas Brasil. The son of the owner picked us up at the harbor pier and drove us to the hotel (aprox 45 mns). The owner received us with fresh squeezed fruit juice and welcome us to the hotel. She showed us around and, although the kitchen was closed, they prepared a lovely lunch for us.
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, we loved it! The views from it were amazing. The perfect place for a romantic evening!
We had the best dinner of our 18 days in Brasil. As the owner said, it was cooked with the heart. It was fine and delicious. They decorated our table with candles and they did their best to please us.
We did not discover the area around the hotel, so we can not judge on the surroundings.
Breakfast was gorgeous and they served us original dishes.
If you are looking for a couple of days to do nothing, this is the place where to go.
They offer massage services, walks on the beach, kayak and other interesting activities.

It really would be impossible for me to describe here everything that make Aguas Brasil so perfect. The staff are always there when you need them, always willing to tend to your every need, and yet at the same time, they leave you in peace, meaning that you can completely relax. Everything about the hotel and the area that it is located is perfect for relaxation - it's so peaceful! The food is also so tasty, with every meal I was even more impressed than the last! I could go on and on......but really, you have to experience it for yourself! Recommended 100%!!

We stayed at Aguas Brasil on our last night of our honeymoon and it was incredible. Vera and her staff were awesome! The food was delicious and the grounds were beautiful. Our first day we took a 20 minute walk to the popular beach and the second day we took their boat over to the secluded beach. We had such a wonderful time here that it made it very hard to leave. We wished we stayed here earlier on in our trip instead of staying in Pelorinho which was too touristy. If you want to relax and be treated really well stay here!

I don't even know where to start...Aguas Brasil is absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it justice, the villa looks even better in person. The property is immaculately clean (all the time!), the architecture is amazing and Vera did wonders with the decor. My mum and I couldn't stop commenting on everything we saw..from the wall art to the utensils she uses. You have to see it to understand what I'm talking about because words cannot describe how beautiful Aguas is.

We had the most relaxing 3.5 days before heading back home (boooo to heading home!!). Vera and her family spoiled us beyond belief. The food was fresh every single day, everything tasted amazing AND they were able to cater to my nice array of food allergies (mixed nuts, pork, etc) on top of it all. This is the first hotel where I've stayed at and did not have to worry about not being able to find something to eat for ALL of my meals. Like the other reviewers noted..breakfast is a sight to behold. It was delicious, filling and provided the opportunity to try suco de cacau (cocoa juice). That juice is sooooo good, and they were nice enough to make it every morning for me once they realized I couldn't get enough of it :D

The rooms are so spacious, plenty of space for our luggage, the minibar was well stocked, the bed was nice and big. I normally don't comment on a bathroom but ours was really nice...extra large shower..big sink counter for toiletries..with room to spare. BUT put all that aside because the view from our room was breathtaking..being able to see the river and then the ocean was pretty cool. Sometimes we just relaxed on the balcony (which is beyond huge by the way) and took in the view. :)

I could go on and on about Aguas Brasil but that would take days. In a nutshell..we were able to relax to the max ( I didn't know my mum was capable of relaxing until we got there lol), the food was amazing each time, service impeccable and the property is gorgeous. Vera, Igor and Larissa are exceptional hosts and are most deserving of all the good things that are sure to come their way. Thank you to everyone at Aguas for such an amazing time!!! We will definitely be back!!!
