Nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms. It is outside downtown, which did not bother us, as we were only staying one night there, before heading for our lodge in the Amazonas.

This hotel was comfortable. The staff's English skills were poor. The breakfasts were great and there was a complementary snacks, coffee and rum available for guests. The pool is in a well-kept garden. A live folk group played music on weekend afternoons. Nothing very interesting in easy walking distance, but a mall is within a short taxi ride.

We staied tower side. (ROOM648 and 649)
We could not get hot water shower when we took shower morning time. (about during 06:30AM to 08:00M)
looks like hot water shower get night time only.
this is one of inconvenience matter while we staied in your hotel this time.

I booked the hotel, where it became clear that would be included in a daily "Lunch." Sai where he was, and went to the Hotel for lunch, then was informed the hotel that was actually lunch was breakfast.
Not like this error. Lunch is lunch, and coffee is coffee.
I felt aggrieved because the choice of this hotel, I decided because of lunch.
Pity.
