I was so happy when I entered the foyer of this Best Western! Excellent service at Front Desk by two female employees. I just upped my status and was given a special treat when checking in. Also, there were free nachos and burritos for dinner and free beer as well! My room was amazing. I had a king-size bed that was so super comfortable, a flat screen tv, a beautiful vanity with makeup mirror, a little sofa, a huge desk and a buffet with coffee bar, microwave and fridge. I could not have been happier with decor -- it was actually decorated! Beautiful paint on the walls and I felt like I was in a nice studio apartment. The continental breakfast was good too -- make your own waffles or egg sandwiches or burritos. Good coffee and tea selection as well. There is a BBQ restaurant right next door and casino very close. I was there for work so was not able to partake, however.

On our first night we were kept up all night by the fridge that kept coming on and off every 10 minutes or so and vibrating very loudly. We discovered that it wasn't working the next morning when none of our things were cold. When I asked if we could change rooms as none of us had slept, they explained they didn't have any other rooms, but could change out the fridge.
Looking forward to finally getting a good nights sleep the next night wasn't to be either as someone from the front desk phoned us just before midnight to confirm a wake up call ??? that was never requested by us! Sure hope they finally got the right room and didn't have to wake everyone up at midnight to find it.
Not overly impressed.

A long time friend and I planned our reunion at this hotel because it was a good halfway point between where we live. Best Western properties are pretty reliable when it comes to clean and comfortable accommodations, but this property was more upscale than I expected it to be. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed with a modern vanity, lovely colors, appealing art and very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows of varying softness or firmness. The staff was friendly and helpful and overall, I was more than satisfied with our stay.

I stayed the night before my wedding, the room was huge and I was able to get ready with my bridesmaids and have plenty of space. Breakfast was included at the selection for a free breakfast is awesome. Waffles, eggs, make your own breakfast burritos, ham, cheese, salsa, coffee/tea/juice. It was impressive. I left my phone charger when I checked out of the room. I called a few hours later and the girl who answered the phone went up to my room and called me back within 5 minutes to say she had it. I picked it up later in the afternoon and they had it labeled and ready for me. May seem like a small thing but I work in a hotel and I know how many charges fall into a "black hole" and are never returned! The lobby was also decorated with Fall themed decor which was really cute. Overall awesome stay and great service
