I had an early 6am flight so decided to stay overnite in Spokane. Read some reviews and saw - surprisingly - that this Days Inn was rated one of the highest. Now I see why! I arrived late, and checked in with no fuss. Bit of confusion about the cost of my car staying for three weeks but was quickly remedied by the front desk lady. The room - right off the lobby, which I thought would be loud but wasn't - was excellent! It was compact yes, but everything I needed was there and more! It even had a bay window with cushions where one could sit and read! The bed was obviously new as were most of the furnishings and there was a large flat screen TV to boot! It was an excellent location of course for the airport with a shuttle leaving as early as 5am. They also came and picked me up on my return, even though I wasn't staying another night. If you are looking for a nice place to stay for an overnighter, this is defintely the one to choose.

The room was big and clean. The major complaint would be Wi-Fi not working properly. I tried it on multiple device I had with me - but no luck. Even wired internet at the business center was very slow and their computer kept freezing.
Shuttle service to/from airport is a big plus and very reliable.
The rate I paid (in advance) made it a good value.

Sad and worst experience I've ever had. Manager with no ethics. I told them I needed a room to use the internet to complete school finals. Internet would not reach to the room I was given. They made no adjustments, corrections or refunds. The chemicals they use to clean caused mine and another customer's throat to swell up within 2 hours. The manager was very rude, unfair and greedy. Pay $20 more and go next door to really luxurious accommodations at the Stratford Suites. Beautiful, clean, roomy and friendly experience there.

Check in staff was friendly, and the room at first glance was good. Queen room is very small but functional. Unfortunately on closer look the comforter / duvet was not clean luckily I always have my own blankets that I sleep with. The surround in the shower was also dirty. In the morning the breakfast was not ideal either, there was nothing but carbs, actually there were 2 apples and an orange (both rather old looking) but other than that there was sugary cereal, pastries, and waffles, great if you are a kid. But not so good for someone who is not able to tolerate sugar well.
