As platinum SPG members, we spend a lot of time in hotels and have done our fair share of complaining. While this hotel is fine for business and convenient to the Metro and airport, it is an older property. That being said, we were delighted and impressed to receive amazing customer service from both the hotel manager Beth and Ranjit (sp?).
My husband lefta pair of Bose travel headphones i his room and when he called to see if they could be safely retrieved and left at the front desk, we were initially told housekeeping was in a meeting andit would be some time before anyone could check on it. We called back and asked to speak with someone who could handle the situation immediately. Ranjat was our contact. Within minutes of our conversation, he called back to say he had the earphones and that they would be waiting for us. A while after, i received a call from the hotel manager asking if our
problem had been resolved.. and yet another follow up call this afternoon from Ranjat telling
me that my husband had picked up the earphones. They were kind enough to offer to run a shuttle for him to get to the airport.
I haven't seen customer service like this in a long time. It was much appreciated!
