I have had the misfortune to stay at this hotel and must say it was one of the worst travel experiences i have had. The Days Inn (Wyndham) website advertised promotional rates but did not specify the rate required prepayment but only after booking was complete and invoice was received did I find out. As a federal traveler, I cannot prepay so I tried to contact customer support of Days Inn/Wyndham and they said they could do nothing, had to call the property. Called the property and they say Days/Wyndham are lying to me. Now the room, old, dirty, worn out linens and broken window locks. At least the room did not stink.
The GM, Abi Maharra, is a cheap piece of work who could care less if you come back or not. They really, really do not care. He said so himself! Beware.
