This was an unscheduled stop over while traveling on highway 29. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation. To begin with, the hotel has lots of parking face. So, even on busy days, one can be assured of a spot. Hotel staff is very friendly and eager to help. The room was clean and included all modern amenities. However, the highlight of the experience was the morning breakfast. The hotel offers a diverse offering that would rival any of the established breakfast restaurants. Hotel also offers a business center and a fitness room. Overall, I had an excellent stay at this place and would definitely recommend to anyone travelling in the vicinity of Altavista/ Lynchburg.

We had a very good experience. We were traveling along Hwy 29 with no plans on where to stay or what to do. It was getting late and we needed a place the stay the night when we found this hotel using our GPS. The clerk at the desk was very friendly and helpful! She checked us in smoothly and we were off to our room. The room was very clean! The beds were a little stiff, but we are a family used to waterbeds so most hotel beds are uncomfortable to us. Breakfast in the morning was very good and filling. It was more than a normal continental breakfast. They had eggs, gravy, bacon, waffles, and HARD biscuits. I would say that the biscuits were the only thing that we didn't enjoy. The entire staff was excellent! The hotel was very quiet also. We were staying on the road side of the hotel, but we only heard one loud motorcycle during the night. All in all a very nice stay!!!

first thing I had to do was clean the shower head and curtain,Bad soap scum, noticed some areas of room had food about the floor,then in the morning I went to make coffee and there was old coffee bags in the coffee maker and noticed under the coffee maker was old coffee dripping, went to breakfast which was ok at best,along with my wife she noticed red bite marks on her body and I had some as well,as we returned to the room after breakfast and opened the door to the room a roach flew onto my shirt, I then Inspected the room and noticed dried blood specs old and new on the pillows small in size and noticed as well unwashed linens, picked up the seat cush. and saw old food in which had been there for who knows how long,I called and asked to speak to a manager and none was avail. so they sent one of the cleaning personel and I showed her all that I had found, we only stayed there one night, and will never stay there again!!!!!!!!

Spent three days. Hair dryer did not work. No replacement. Even though requested.
Dirty, lamp shades, remote, shower curtain liner, bathroom light fixture. Room need dusted.
Had to evict two big bugs.
Beds were just okay.
Food was just okay.
Back door was not locked until midnight. Was not accessed by room key. (Security issue)

The motel was quiet
