Had an extended stay for 30 days, with the following observations. Great Location relatively close to 2 different metro stations. Not walking distance, but a bus stop is within 100 yards. Rooms are of decent size with full size refrigerator, microwave and two stove elements. The heating system is fine, but the air conditioner system is one of the loudest that I have ever heard. Bring earplugs in the summer. Staff are cordial, but not really helpful. Had an ongoing issue with having multiple restaurant coupons menus being put under my door every single day. Since I was told that the building was a secure facility, how were all these delivery people allowed to just come and go on a daily basis? The staffs response was to put "a note on the door requesting no menus be placed under the door." The cleaning of the facility rooms could really be improved. Top of refrigerator, cabinets, counters and bathroom really needed a better cleaning when I arrived. You can choose your level of housekeeping service when you arrive, the more frequently they clean, the more it costs. I did not choose the more expensive frequencies as I was very unimpressed by the cleaning that had been done. I kept the lights on as roaches were also found in the morning and in the evenings upon my return from work. As soon as my 30 days were up I relocated to another more expensive location down the street. Much, Much better. You could do worse, but you could do much much better for an extended stay.

This establishment is at the lower end of the appartment market, designed for cheap long stay lodgings. The location is good alongside the I95 but the whole building was very tired. Our room was clean and comfortable though quite small with a kitchen/breakfast bar as part of the bedroom and a separate bathroom. The reception was not open all night so unless you made arrangements you could not leave before 07:00, and the Wi-fi cost $4.95 per day. This was OK for the one night.

I am actually still staying at this hotel as this review is being written. I selected this hotel primarily due to it's location, which is very good. But, that's about the only good thing I have to say. My first indication that this was not going to be a very pleasant stay was when I noticed a man in a stained white t-shirt having a very loud conversation with what I think was his wife in my room's hallway. For the next few hours, every time I went to and from my room I'd see the same man standing in the hallway. It was weird. I don't know if it's just my floor (the top floor), but a lot of people leave their doors partially open, play loud music, and need to be in the hallway to have loud conversations at almost 10pm on a Wednesday night. I feel like I'm in the ghetto...

It is nice place to stay.good bed. TV is not working properly.not much utensils for cooking.
good place to stay for single knight.
