We were staying here for two nights with 2 cats and were driving from upstate NY. We had gotten lost so many times and were lost yet again so I called the hotel to let them know that we were still coming and that we were running late. I was connected to the concierge who could neither speak nor understand much english. I ended up yelling at him to connect me back to the front desk. I was connected to a very helpful young lady who stayed on the phone with me until we reached the hotel. She was very accommodating and was kind enough to waive the pet fees for one of my cats. This was our first time staying at this or any other Hilton hotel and I would definately stay here again. The food in the restaurant was excellent and they have a shuttle service to the metro and the airport so there is no reason to drive. we were in a separate buliding from the main hotel (The Retreat) and our room was large and very comfortable. I have no complaints about this hotel other than the difficulties we had in finding it.

We stayed one night at the Hilton (the first time) and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and the hotel Is huge, with a separate building for smokers and you can bring your pet. The bed was so confortable and the decor was top notch. Great stay at the Hilton.

Loved it...they put me into the Retreat section which is new and must say the room was fabulous. I was on the first floor with a patio and view of the pond..mini kitchen, fabulous jacuzzi and gorgeous all around...Julie at the front desk was wonderful...professional, kind and total pro. Will definitely stay again.

The room was not sound proof.People were sitting on the floors outside the rooms smoking and talking loudly. There was a big charge if you smoked in your nonsmoking room so this is how they handled it. Very loud people in hallways at 5am to 6am . The shuttle drivers were very unfriendly and unhelpful The cost to use the commuters was high. The fan in the room was very loud. The food was expensive although the sushi was good. One employee was outstanding Prince a server. The staff on the whole were rude and uninterested. It seemed everyone attending the meeting had different room rates. Stay someplace else.
