We didn't actually stay there, this is just a review of their online booking system.
Trying to book a room for Austin, we saw the good reviews so we went to their website. It said rooms were available that weekend, so I picked one (the Danielle) and booked. It took my credit card details, then at the end, rather than the usual "reservation confirmed" it told me "reservation request confirmed". Because they'd taken my credit card details, I felt I could not book anywhere else because I did not want two bookings. I had to wait for a day till they told me "We appreciate your contacting us for room reservations. We are presently reserved for the time that you need. However, if we have any cancellations, we will be glad to let you know." Meanwhile, one of the other places we looked at had filled up. So we booked for the (lovely looking but) significantly more expensive heywood.
