My wife, grandson and I stayed with you on 7-14-11 while visiting Hamilton Pool and enjoyed every aspect of the experience beginning with the reservation process. I called on 7-13-11 just after lunch and your front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I especially appreciate how patient the both of them were concerning the questions that I had and at no time did I feel rushed to complete the reservation process.

The room was very clean, neat and comfortable and I was pleased that your office manager made sure that we were setup with the suite that had the privacy door and that my grandson’s room (hide-a-bed sofa) had the necessary linens and that the bed was made and ready to sleep in. I enjoyed the breakfast the next morning and felt that the price for the room/services was a good value.

I booked a room last minute for a place to sleep after a long drive. I read the reviews and some were great and some were bad but decided to give it a try since it was just off the highway. Well..... the check in process was quick and the guy at the reception desk was very friendly. After a long drive, all we wanted to do was to get a good night sleep and boy! their beds are so comfortable we slept like a baby. We were going to leave to go grab breakfast somewhere until I took a peek at their breakfast buffet. They had scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage etc. everything you can get at an IHOP but better!. We saved 30 bucks! The room was clean and smelled fresh. I will definately stay here again!

We booked three rooms through Priceline. When we got there, despite requesting 2 beds per room, they gave us king rooms. When we asked to change, they upcharged everything. The kicker was that there was a note on the desk that said to "Charge all Priceline customers $20 for any changes." That significantly increased our bill.

**While standing there, trying to resolve this, a roach crawled across the checkin desk! There was mold all over the ceiling of our bathroom. Our room never cooled off, we sweat all night. The pool was not clean. The pictures online look decent, like tuscan tile and decor. But in reality, it is all a fake paint job.

For obvious reasons, we passed on the breakfast.

The pool was dirty,the BBQ on the patio was filty and some of the excercise equipment was broken.
The breakfast was ok.
