POSITIVES
-Great staff- greeted me nicely, remembered I was here for job interviews and complimented me when they saw me in my suit, super nice people, came a few mins late for breakfast one morning and things were already put away but the girl let me make a waffle and got me milk and stuff.
-Rooms are decent; fridge, microwave, things were clean from my perspective
-Safety- I read a lot of reviews because as a woman travelling alone I wasn't going to risk anything. Things seemed fine while I was there, went out at night and came back and there wasn't any funny business happening out in the parking lots; such as hookers, etc from previous reviews. But I did lock my deadbolt while I was in room and parked by the front desk for precautionary reasons.
Location- Took me about 10 mins to get to the hospitals I was interviewing at right downtown so that was ok.
Printing- I was able to print off a few things at the front desk which is really handy dandy.
NEGATIVES
-Internet was down for almost 24 hrs and that really sucked and then when it came back up, it was super slow and I had homework that was due. There is one computer downstairs so that is an option as long as the internet is working there.
WILL I STAY AGAIN???
- I plan on staying there again in a week because it was such good service and I have more interviews:))

We had the pleasure to spend a week in Austin at this Super 8. The front desk staff was as helpful as I have ever seen, even in top flight resort hotels. Well run hotel, if we come back to Austin, we will stay here again.

I have stayed in Super 8 before, and I had very low expectations. This hotel was part of an airline/car/hotel package, so I just went with it (for the price). But I was pleasantly surprised. The room was nice--micro fridge, roomy, comfortable. The pillows and towels could use an upgrade, but overall this was a good Austin value, especially since the ACL Music Festival was in town.

Not one problem and pleased with everything from staff to pool. Whoever owns the franchise for this hotel is doing it right. We stayed two nights and will return without question. Breakfast choices are good, pillow choices are great, room and hotel cleanliness- fantastic!
