Nothing really crazy or outstanding to report here. In short, would stay again, very typical of any Comfort Suites. Close to local freeways, routes. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Outside of the city of Austin but close enough to make an evening trip into downtown.

Does have an outdoor pool with plenty of stray cats nearby. Workout room is appx. 12' x 12' and tight to say the least.

Continental breakfast was short of miserable and staff was short of anything close to friendly.

We'd requested a room on the first floor which we got. The room was conveniently located to the front entrance near the lobby. The facility seemed brand new to us and I was surprised to learn that it had been open for a year. Personnel at the hotel were friendly and courteous.

The Hotel was Extremely clean, The Management second to none. The beds are not your ordinary cheap mattress. They provide the comfort and feel like being in your own bed. We were pleasantly surprised and higly recommend this hotel over others in the area. If you want to feel like like a king at reasonable cost then stay at the Comfort Suits in Pflugerville when visiting in Austin Texas.

I'm here in Austin to go shopping with my parents. We found this hotel on this site, and after reading the reviews, my mother and I decided this would be fine. From the instant my very frustrated (with our GPS) father called the front desk to ask how to get here to the moment we checked in, it was already amazing. The woman at the front counter was very kind and helpful. Check in was very quick, and we quickly went to check out our room. My mother and I were amazed at how big this room is. The beds were big, the couch was nice, the desk is big, the fridge was mini, of course, but big enough for our left overs, the bathroom was big, we had a microwave, a coffee maker WITH COFFEE, and the coolest thing of all was the continental breakfast that came along with the reservation. We're going to try it tomorrow because we slept in today, but it comes with eggs, a meat item, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, assorted pastries, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, juices, coffee & hot tea. That all came from the binder that they have full of information on your desk. Along with that, there is also a maintenance form you can fill out if you find anything wrong with your room! I thought that was pretty cool. The maid cleaned fast and did a very good job cleaning around us while I was still trying to get ready this morning. You also get a free newspaper every morning. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are lovely, and the blankets are warm, but not too warm. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do conveniently located around here. The only thing wrong with this hotel is that it takes awhile to figure out how to get the right temperature water you want in the shower. Overall, this hotel was a great deal! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh, and did I mention this hotel also received the platinum hospitality award? The price for this hotel cannot be beat!
