We've been driving all day and just wanted to get a place and because of the oil spill, we're having to add driving time because all motels were booked up.

We arrived around midnight. The staff had no smile on her face when she checked us in, showed us where the room is and that's it. The place was hardly lid, not just the motel but the area overall. The motel was just down the road from Six Flags and the stadiums but you can hardly tell.

The room has no carpet but overall cleanliness is okay. The shower is too tiny for a comfortable shower if you are an adult. A table and chair were provided if you need a work space. The overall space of the room is okay for 2 people. If you need extra towels, instead of calling, save your time, just go to the front desk to grab it - that's what they said when I asked for it.

I wouldn't be as upset if I had paid less than $50 a night for this place but we paid $60 and Motel 6 no longer offers Free Wi-Fi (it's $2.99 for 24 hours). There are no restaurants around except for a Jack in the Box across the street. Most everything closes when 10pm hits so we had to drive 2 miles to find a Denny's.
Like my title says, if it's late and you just need a place to lay your head down, this place is okay to stay.

I have used this motel on several occassions over the years for short stays in the DFW Area. Now I am using this motel for its forty minute walk to the new Cowboys Stadium in Arlington and being the lowest room rate of a national chain. The room was clean when I arrived and everything worked in the room. Room service was below standard with the toilet not cleaned and a bottle of cleaning material left in the room presumably by mistake. The local adult entertainment centre will wake you up at 2am and the train horn at about 4am otherwise its ok for the price and location. Lincoln Square has some nice shops and there is a Walmart but avoid the Six Flags Mall seems to be ninety percent empty.

Smallest room I've ever seen. Front door does not lock. Strange hair on sheets. Felt safer sleeping in sweat suit. Strong deodorant smell. Very close proximity to adult entertainment and tatoo parlor.

I couldn't believe it...

I thought I knew what to expect from Motel 6, and it really isn't that much, aside from a place to rest my head. As a regular to Motel 6's in different cities, I know its not the best place, but the Arlington Motel 6 has been the worst motel I have EVER stayed at.

My feet were black within minutes of walking on the carpeted floor in my room, HUGE roaches, drug dealers, gang members hanging outside their rooms, pretty sure I saw at least one prostitute, and to top it off there was a strip club across the street.

I had paid for 4 nights in advance, that immediate morning I demanded a refund for my remaining 3 nights. I would recommend anyone even considering this motel to stay away, I even recommend to stay away from the super 8 which isn't far from this Motel 6. I called them to check rates, and they couldn't guarantee no roaches.

Pay an extra $20-$30 and stay at a decent hotel.
