It is my understanding that the manager is relatively new and has been making many positive changes. He still has his work cut out for him but upon speaking with the local police I was told they rarely have to come by and the officer with whom I spoke attributed this to the new management. Security cameras and mics are being installed and the rooms will soon be refurbished.
Nesley speaks great English with a slight accent. I question the comment about her and the rest of that stream. She always smiles and is very helpful. In truth, the photos are deceiving. This is a negative of marketing. I suspect that after remodeling the online photos will reflect the true nature of the house. I still would prefer Studio Plus but more for location and amenities and because it is only a few years old. I would love an oven and more water pressure.
I can only give a poor rating but do not mean to imply it is undesirable. I would rate Studio Plus as average as I would most new Holiday Inns. For prospective anything above that would probably start at $150-175 a night.

This is the most horrific hotel ever!! The front desk clerk Nesly does not even understand ENGLISH!! My room was completely dirty when I checked in. The maids never came to clean my room. I washed my own towels and sheets. Police were always in the parking lot. Cigarette butts were everywhere. I would not recommend staying at this hotel ever!! If you see this hotel keep on going til you find another one!!

Nasty, dirty, horrible experience.....did not provide soap or shampoo.. first room we were given had not been cleaned...very small rooms......nasty sewage smell.....we were so miserable in room, we got up before dawn and left.......would not recommend to anyone.

Where do I begin!? The pictures were great but when we pulled in we were greeted by police arresting prostitutes. Our room was missing chunks of carpet, no cleaning service, (we had to wash our own towels), police are never away from the place, LOUD neighbours, drunks banging on your door at 3 am claiming their car has been stolen, a prostitute outside our door (so my boyfriend got to witness her getting picked up) the bed was as hard as a rock. Exposed wires coming out of the lamp. It's just a miracle we didn't have our 2 year old with us! Toilet backs up every time it's used. Leaves have blown into the room and have broken all over the floor, when we asked for a broom the maid (who didn't speak hardly any English) said to come back later. The whole experience is just plain horrid.
