Pros, cons, then the details.

Pros: free late check out, comfy room, good breakfast
Cons: noise is an issue. footsteps can be heard from all over on the 3rd floor.

Details:
Wife and I only stayed one night at this location but it was a great one. When we checked in, I was offered a rewards program that would give me a late check out the next day. This was nice because the guy behind the desk understood that we were going to an afternoon wedding the next day and checking out at 2pm rather than 12pm would be appreciated.

The free breakfast was very nice. Normally when you wait till the last minute of breakfast all that's left is sugar packets but not here. My wife and I had a little of everything. The pool and hot tub were open but we didn't take a dive given the January weather. The room was very comfy and you can't beat free wifi.

Only things that weren't great. 1--room colors were interesting. This is hardly a complaint but it was just not something I expected. 2--you could hear people walking around on the 3rd floor. anyone that walked by our room we heard it.

other than those 2 things. it was a great stay!

Went for a shopping weekend at the mall. This hotel is in the perfect spot and accommodations are super!! Rooms were clean and spacious~ Parking was ample, 2 elevators and hot breakfast in the morning! Front desk personnel were helpful and super nice!!

I needed a room with an early airport shuttle and the desk staff was fantastic! The room was very clean. My shuttle driver was fantastic; the most pleasant I've ever experienced. Everything and everyone was great!

Our family traveled in for the Cotton Bowl to watch Arkansas. We booked the hotel in advance. Easy to find, nice, clean, awesome beds and pillows. Non-smoking room truly a non-smoking room. Quiet hallways (Razorbacks won and hotel had more Kansas State fans ~smiling~). Good food next morning. Highly recommend this hotel and would go back.
