Checked into a 2 bedroom suite, the air-con didn't work. Turns out that's why all the room doors were open when we walked in, all of the guests were trying to circulate the air. When we called to complain, the woman at the desk said, "You probably have the air turned on too high, lower the temp." Lower the temp? From 75*? At over $150/night, you want me to set the thermostat higher than 75*? Called her back two hours later, "Well, fine, I'll move you if you come get the keys and leave the room clean." New room was equally dirty with no working air-con. Dirty rooms, poor customer service, non-working air-con, horrible value for the rate, and never again will we visit this yucky hotel.
