Checked into a 4th floor room on Jan 7 and there was a very loud group in a room two doors away. They were so loud you could hear them from the elevator with the doors closed. Desk Clerk (Megan or Meghan?) was great. She went to the room and asked them to be quiet and offered to move us. They were quiet for a few minutes, then started again. Moved to first floor and the room was quiet. Had booked a two-bed room but had to settle for a room with a sofa bed.

We were not charged for the room. Hampton practices the 100% guarantee which is one reason I try to stay there every trip, plus the honors program is great.

Very nice, clean place to room, for personal and business. Very customer-friendly staff... hospitable, helpful, welcoming. Will definite stay again and recommend to others. Great breakfast...was peaceful and quiet...

Having traveled with a group of 17 and stayed in the hotel on and off for 7 nights we found the hotel very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The rooms modeled in a dark timber finish with an overriding feeling of plush comfort. The breakfast was great and the staff happy to welcome the 13 teenagers.
Great places to eat within walking distance ( we were spoilt for choices).
The only thing I would think is a negative and I say this reluctantly is there is no guest laundry.

I stay in hotels quite often and this one was very nice. I read all of the review about the small rooms, but I found the room beautifully decorated (nice built in desk wall unit). The bathroom had been updated with a beautiful wood cabinet, new counter tops, plenty of storage space under the sink. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was much like you get at any other hotel like a Hampton. We called for extra pillows and they were at the door in mere moments. It's located in a nice area with lots of upscale restaurants and stores nearby. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn.
