This hotel was highly recommended by a business associate who travels a bit so I trusted her opinion, especially because she is very critical. The hotel is kind of understated from outside and I actually drove by it once and missed it, since it is only like 3 or 4 stories high, but it is obviously spread out because it has like 500 rooms. Well, the truth is, I did had to walk a lot of hallways to get to my room, but the corridors were wide and had a lot of windows, and it was pleasant. I figured out that there are elevators in the back (no one told me this when I checked in), so it was really easy to park by the back elevator and go up to my room. The employees were super friendly and helpful. They seemed happy and it made me comfortable. The hotel seems older but it seems well kept and it was very clean. The older TV's were probably the only negative. The food was also much better than I would have expected in a hotel. The bar was fun and very comfortable for a single person. I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when I go to Dallas.
