Never coming back! Horrible customer service; old, outdated, and a very large, confusing labyrinth of a "hotel". Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

I was looking forward to this hotel... I mean, a Crowne Plaza is always nice, right? Wrong. First of all... The executive suite is all one huge room, there is no separation between the living room and bedroom. Secondly, the pull out bed is an embarrassment to this earth. It was as hard as a rock and felt like sleeping on a sack of dead bodies. At least the bed is a little more comfortable. Thirdly, the television is extremely old and of bad quality, something you wouldn't expect at a nice place like this. Also, the wall AC unit is annoyingly loud during the night. Lastly, and the worst of all of these things, the hotel has no free wifi access. You may ask, "What kind of respectable hotel these days doesn't have wifi access?" but the thing is, there is wifi access...But it costs AT LEAST $10 A DAY ON THE MINIMUM PLAN! This is a pitiful hotel and I am embarrassed that they hold the Crowne Plaza name. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Stayed here one night after arrival. Good location with a lots of restaurants and shops. Less then 30 minutes drive to downtown.Rooms bit outdated but clean and comfortable.Enough parking space. Good and divers breakfast.

Given the location and the setup, it seemed to look very appealing. I reserved the best room they had which was an executive suite, only to find out that the executive suite looked outdated. It had a "loud" window unit with a wall control for the AC, along with a very small tv that sat far away from the living room. Not to mention the living room was the same as the bedroom just large enough to space it out. As soon as I called the front desk, I got no answer on the first three tries. Aaaannd, the hotel is large enough to get lost. They gave no directions to get to your room so you noticed the same people walking in circles trying to find their room. I tried contacting the Gen Mgr because of my dissatisfaction only to get the front desk guy to tell me to leave a message for him and then offered me a "downgrade" from what I paid for. Im not going to go off on a tangent but this will be the first and last time I stay here.
