Very clean, friendly, pleasant stay. We liked how safe the area feels.

This neighborhood is very convenient to restaurants, shops, the freeway. It's a little bit of the way out of downtown, so if most of your visit is for downtown stuff, this may not be the best location. This suburb of Addison is suitable if you have a car and don't mind using it.

We love going to La Madeleine French cafe for a coffee and lemon tart. There is one just a few blocks away.

Breakfast was typical Springhill fare and unlike other hotels, they worked hard to keep up with the hungry guests. You can count on eggs, sausage, do it yourself waffles, blueberry muffins, runny oatmeal (that was not a positive.).

Fitness center was adequate: 2 Lifefitness treads, 1 elliptical. One of the personal tv screens was not working but other than that, all was fine.

Especially satisfied because of the price. We like this brand because of the value. Thankfully, this site delivered well on the value.

I was leery about staying here since the price was so good, but I was quite relieved when we arrived and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were all suites with a kitchen area, desk with free wifi, a living room and separate bedroom. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. A free hot breakfast was included and the area for it was quite comfortable. My only complaint was that there was no sanitizer to wipe down the machines in the fitness room. Many good restaurants were within easy walking distance, and the Belt Line was a couple of blocks from the hotel. The Galleria was very close for people needing to get some shopping done. I would definitely stay here again!

If you look at my previous hotel reviews, you will find that it is rare that I rate a hotel poorly. This was my first stay at a Springhill Suites, a Marriott hotel. First, I am a Gold Marriott Club member and I was looking forward to my first stay at this brand of hotel. In short, I was disappointed in this hotel.

The rooms are very small, probably half the size of a Residence Inn and cost is about the same. The color of green and blue is very unattractive in the room and the doors and other furniture in the room seem cheap. The pillows were very small and uncomfortable and make sleeping very difficult. The breakfast is much the same as any Residence Inn. What made this stay especially unpleasant was the smell in the hallway of my floor as if someone's toilet had overflowed. So, all in all, I was disappointed with this property. I would recommend the nearby Residence Inn over this property.

The hotel must have had recent renovations based on previous reviews mentioning old decor. The decor was up to date with shades of a light green, aqua, & brown. We found this hotel to be a good value for the money. Enough space for 2 adults & 2 kids. The complimentary crib was extremely convenient if travelling with an infant. Flat screen TV's in the room. Room has a mini refrigerator, microwave, & small sink. Also a sitting area with a couch that has a sleeper sofa. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Did not get a chance to sample it but complimentary breakfast is offered daily. The location is excellent. Not far from the Galleria if you're up for some shopping & right around the corner from tons of restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again.
