I was very pleasantly surprised when I stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend. The prices were excellent; large well equipped room. Shuttle bus was available and both took me and picked me up from the Galleria Mall. A great deal overall with pleasant staff.

Front desk staff was very accomodating, the GM, Lisa was awesome! It really made our stay much enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, the rooms were comfortable and clean! Again, great customer service!

Had to be in town for a wedding and made a reservation here because it seemed like I was getting the most bang for my buck, being a seasoned traveler. The reviews had me a little worried, so after staying there I felt compelled to say something positive! The staff was so friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. It was very comfortable and really a plus on the size and amenities of the room to my surprise. The breakfast was awesome and our waitress remembered our names the next morning. No it's not a brand new hotel, but if you are looking for quality, I highly recommend it.

Had a great stay. Hotel could use some updating like all the other hotels in the area. Staff is phenominal.
