Stayed at this hotel in November 2011 and was very happy with the room. It was recently updated with a very nice comfortable bed and linens. It was extremely clean and felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel! I slept great! The room had a mini fridge and microwave and was very convenient to the restaurants and nightclubs along Beltline Road. Check in was prompt and went above and beyond to find a room in a location I prefer. I don't like being in a room near an exit, vending machines, or elevator since I like to sleep in. Overall, would highly recommend!

Was at this hotel for a night stay. I've been at this place a year ago and at that time it was newly renovated and been changed from a Comfort Inn to Best Western. After a year, this place looks the same in service, cleanliness of the hotel. In addition to that, they have added hot breakfast on their complimentary breakfast menu. The staff is so good, that they kept on refilling food as there was large group of kids on that day. All kudos to the management in keeping the place the same even after a year.
Room was as described, with a king size bed, lcd tv, microwave, fridge and the best part of it all came at a pretty cheap price. Bed was really comfortable. I really liked staying at this hotel and for sure will be staying at this place again. The location of the hotel is such that it's surrounded with 80 restaurants and you won't be wasting your time looking for a good place to stay as you can find restaurants from all parts of the world around this hotel.

I placed a reservation after looking the hotel up on Trip Advisor. I got a good rate on the Best Western website for three nights in a 2 queen bed room. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Check in was quick and the clerk was very nice. I was given a first floor room as requested. The room was well appointed and clean, The beds were super comfy and well made. The pillows are square and even with four per bed they were a little small. The breakfast was good with biscuits, gravy, eggs, toast, bagels, etc. Waffles in the shape of Texas!

Overall the hotel was close to the locations I needed to be and also to the Dallas North Tollway. The rooms were nice, big towels and an attentive staff. I will stay there again.

It was for my parents visit. they stay there for 9 nights. Nice breakfast with hot pancake. Room is clean. Only one drawback was the key of room kept expire and we had to get it renew the first 2 nights.
