When we arrived we could barely even see the sign and missed the hotel the first time. I was just going to tell my husband how ugly that building was and realized it was our hotel. Got checked in OK. There was a layer of dust all around the floor in the room (guess they don't know how to vacumn) and some bits of stuff on the main floor. Another guest at the hotel told me that his room was in the same condition. None of the housekeeping carts had sheets on them so I wonder ??? do they change the sheets or just straighted the bed ??? (I felt kinda itchy) OH but they do have vacumns on the housekeeping cart but I guess don't use them ??? On the second day I went to the housekeeping staff and said we were staying so if I could just get towels and coffee that they didn't need to do our room and they did give them to us. But on the last day we left before they came on so they had to do our room...well again no vacumning was done no coffee cups left or toilet paper. Its too bad that it was very close to where we were going (right down the road) because I will not stay there again.
There was a guy making arrangements at the desk for some kind of activity and he was in a military uniform...setting up the meal and which linens. etc...please someone tell him to find somewhere else to have his gathering !!!
