We stayed here at the beginning of November 2011 with expectations of the same quality as a Marriott but you already know what they say about assumptions.The room obviously had not been inspected by the housekeeping Supervisor or they would have clearly seen that someone had not flushed the toilet.The other issue we encountered was at the pool area.While the pool was clean the hot tub was not working.The timer was not operational at all and when I went to the front desk to ask about it,I was told by Jerron that it had not been working since Tuesday and we were there on Saturday,which can only mean that the management was aware of the problem and had simply ignored it.
