This hotel works well for me because the company I work for is the next exit toward Nashville, restaurant on site, coin laundry, convenience store almost on site, more eating places 2 exits toward Murfreesboro. Sometimes I stay for a week at a time and they have always cleaned my room, no problems.

My husband and I stayed here one night on our way south. Easy access to interstate. Breakfast served at restaurant across the street. No complaints.

My son and I were very pleased to stay at this Hotel, at the beginning of November. For us, it was mainly a Sport Trip. This Best Western is well located near I-24 Highway and about a 15 minutes drive to Downtown Nashville, Opryland, BNA Intl. Airport, LP Field (Home of the Nashville Titans), Bridgestone Arena (Home of the Nashville Predators) and Golf Courses. We appreciated everything from Check-In to Check-Out. Many thanks especially to Kim at the reception and also another gentleman, who were more than pleased to provide us with any information and direction you might need. It is clean and comfortable and located in a safe environment. If needed, you can use one of their safety deposit boxes at the office and this with no charge. A good basic breakfast is also included and it is located in the El Arroyo Restaurant across the parking. You just have to show your room card (if they ask). There is a convenience store in the gas station, again across the parking area. Our room was on the front part of the hotel, but even if we could hear the traffic of the I-24 it was not a bother. We slept tight. If one thinks he could be embarrassed with the traffic noise, do ask for a room in the back, just to be on the safe side, so to speak. All and all we were very satisfied and this contributed to a perfect vacation.

Hotel was clean, covenant and acceptable. The clerk at the front counter was extremely helpful. Would definitely choose if we were in the area again
