Stayed for 6 nights. Had to change room after first night due to proximity to elevator - I'm a light sleeper. The staff assisted without question. Great customer service during my entire stay. Room was clean. Furniture showed a few signs of wear but the duvet is freshly washed for each new customer and on day four during an extended stay. Numerous TV channels. No in-room safe but room service from the hotel across the street. Adequate workout room. Lobby/breakfast area is cozy and has a large TV for casual viewing 24/7. Coffee is wonderful and breakfast has plenty of hot items but lacks meat on most days. Yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, and juice if you are watching the carbs. Walk to Wendy's or eat until 10pm at the hotel restaurant across the street. Internet worked but was weak in my room - could not SKYPE. I did have to plug in the lamps and reset the GFI near the coffee maker and in the bathroom but everyone should know how to do this anyway. Not worth calling anyone. I would suggest taking a small extension cord as the outlets are behind the nightstands in the king room or behind the desk - typical Hampton. Housekeeping is quiet in the morning before 9 - 9:30am. When you leave the hotel, take a few left turns and you arrive on a restaurant row and grocery market area. Hotel is convenient to I - 24 but do not trust your GPS for instructions. Call the hotel or use Google Map. It really is easy but my Hertz Neverlost wanted to go a different direction. There is a Shell station just down from the hotel also. Parking lot is well lit. During my stay they never ran out of newspapers, fresh coffee, breakfast items, hot water for shower, or southern hospitality. I'm going back in December for another six day stay. This hotel is close to Nashville but is not a Nashville hotel. It is very easy to get to the airport from here. BTW: Cool Spring shopping is not far.
