If you need a place close to the airport, this is really close. There is a difficult driving turn from the hotel on to the main highway. However, the staff, the room and everything else were fine. There is a coin-operated laundry for guests. We would stay here again.

Approximately 15 min from Neyland stadium parking. Comfortable and clean. Airport noise easily heard but not a busy airport. Closed at night with last flight around 10 pm. Standard breakfast bar with no restaurant on site. Plenty of food choices within one mile (Ex: Ruby Tuesday 2 minute walking distance). Staff friendly and helpful. Vending and ice machines only on first floor. Building is three stories. Ample parking and well lit. Rooms were clean. Great value compared with downtown Knoxville hotels with 2X's the rate.

Pretty nice little hotel! We were just passing through to see family after our honeymoon and came here after leaving Family Inns (Their room was horrible!). It was only $20 more than Family Inns and 10x Nicer! Great breakfast! Clean, Spacious, Secure rooms. Comfy bed! The staff was very friendly and SO Helpful!! Thank you all and We Will definitely stay here again on future visits!!!

We had to wait 20 minutes to check in. The poor gal behind the desk works 16 hour days, she was nice but harried. The pool and hot tub had black scum on the bottom. The carpet in the hallways was wrinkled. Our room smelled musty thank goodness for a window. Room was a good size but questionable in the clean department. Breakfast was very good though, who doesn't love biscuits and gravy?!
