This hotel has been recently remodeled and it is located 2 minutes from the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. New LCD televisions and the standard great hampton hot breakfast. The real asset is the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here many times and will definetly stay again.

This Hampton Inn has been renovated in the past year. It is now clean with comfortable rooms. I've had good service here. My only complaint is the fitness center, which is tiny and has a defective elliptical trainer. But, they have a free deal with a local 24-hour full-service gym so the fitness center is inconsequential.

This is a very basic no-frills hotel, typical for Hampton Inns. I come to Alcoa TN frequently and always stay here.

This hotel is just off US 129, the Alcoa Highway, and less than a mile from the entrance to McGhee Tyson Airport. It’s an older property, but the rooms have been renovated with new carpet and furniture. There are restaurants within walking distance including McDonald’s, Subway, Applebee’s and a Mexican restaurant. There are other restaurants within a short drive (but note that this portion of US 129 is a busy commercial corridor devoid of any local flavor). My room was near the elevator but I did not hear any noise from it and facing the back side of the hotel (looking over the outdoor pool) I did not hear any noise from the nearby airport either. What I did hear was the noisy window AC unit cycling on and off. It cooled down outside during the second night of my stay so I was able to run the fan only, which provided a constant sound that was far easier to sleep to. The flat screen TV in the room looked to be about 32”. Several channels including the locals, ESPN and History were in high definition. The free Wi Fi was easy to connect to with the security code that was provided on the key envelope (this appears to be a standard security feature now). An OK stay, but had I stayed longer I would have raised the noisy AC as an issue.

This hotel has received a beautiful interior remodel which makes it a whole new, much improved experience. Rooms are still small, but new furniture makes them feel more spacious. Well done Hampton!!
