I stayed the week before Christmas. Being away from home so close to the holidays is hard, but my experience was very heart waning. The service was beyond my expectations. The Breakfast Lady, Becky, was so delightful and showed the guest what Southern Hospitality is truly about. She made waffles with fresh fruit, cookies, and kept our coffee topped off. I noticed that she made the children waffles and gave them yogurt. I would recommend this hotel to everybody that is traveling in the Knoxville/Alcoa area. I hope that everyone who stays gets to meet Becky and experience her hospitality. The rooms felt like home.

I have traveled from NY to TN and GA for the past two months. The first time I stayed here I was VERY impressed. When I found out I had to go to TN again I made sure to stay here. I will be back again in two days! Great place and very friendly staff, like home. I have never written a review but always base my choices on them. I figured I should write this for people like me who are worried about the place they are booking. I am a self admitted germ-a-phobe and love that this place is renovated, nice and VERY clean!!!! The rooms decor are much better than my own home, I should take notes. And the best part is they are dog friendly! Almost every staff member loves on my dog and she feels like home there. But each room smells so good! I hate the smell of musty hotel rooms. Part of my germ a phobe thing. If you are looking for a place, go ahead and book here. It is great!

Being away from your family is extremely difficult. The management staff and all of the employees are very professional and makes being away from home, just a little easier.
