I was at this hotel as a stopover to Ga. with my son, and sister after a long late drive......The price was high for the accommodations.....$59. + tax. The room had bare necessities, are so I thought. The next morning after my shower , I discovered that the wall sockets on one side of the room did not work, as I tried the hair dryer. The frig was on the same circuit. I had placed some food in it from the night before, oh, well, that got thrown away. The hot breakfast was a joke.......terrible......stale doughnuts.....do not stay here if you are traveling, go furthur down the road. This hotel would be hard to make a 1 star rating......Quality inn should be ashamed of their name on this hotel.......I left early with wet hair. I did complain, only to a deaf ear.

I dont expect quality inns to be the Ritz - but this place is bad even with low expectations.
rooms were very dated and worn. Our first room was even dirty - obvious the floor had not been vaccumed- but they did change our room as soon as we asked.
Observed a guy smoking in a non-smoking room as i went to ice machine and i informed the lady at the desk (he had his curtains and door wide open) and she told me that the owners dont care and wont do anything about it.
That kind of attitude probably sums up the the property

we stayed in 17 hotels on our trip from England and this was by far the worst. I requested a non-smoking room but was told that none were available. In fact very few rooms seemed to be occupied. Ours stank of cigarette smoke and was very dirty. All the towels were filthy having been placed next to a dirty extractor vent. Presumably they had not been used, or inspected, for a long time.

First, they check me into a room with what they called a "tricky door." Then, after putting me in another room, I am relaxing on the bed, trying to sleep, when my door opens and a complete stranger walks right in!!! The staff just chuckled and laughed and said it was "probably just maintenance. They were checking some of the rooms to see if they were occupied." WHAT??!! I have been trying to get closure on this unsuccesfully. After filing a complaint with corporate, they finally sent me a "dear sir and/or madam email. No one ever contacted me again and when I finally called corporate again, I was offered $35 in Quality Inn coupons. Guess what, Quality Inn -- I will never stay at one of your locations again, nor will I reccomend them.
