Loved the room and linens, until we discovered bugs in the bed after arriving late and exhausted... We slept on top of the coversand didn't sleep well the as a result. When coming to the desk the next morning, there was a 5 person wait, 1 clerk, and she was moving at a snails pace. We just left. I sent a note to the main corporate office of knights inn, and got a FORM LETTER from them apologising and saying that the manager of the hotel would be in contact with me. The manager sent me a FORM LETTER that never even bothered to mention the specific complaint that I had! apparently they don't care
