“Ok but with a very poor service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 February 2012 via mobile

Hotel is not anything special, but rooms are big, good bed, acceptable bathroom.
Nice buffet breakfast for US standards.
Most amazing is that one out of the 3 nights I spent there, tehy simply didn't clean the room, didn't make the bed, didn't change towels. My impression is that they didn't even came into my room that day. When I complained at reception desk, a very nice lady told me it was unacceptable, impossible to happen, but couldn't do anything at that time (round 7:00PM. Told me she would leave a strong message for day shift people. Next day nothing was mentioned to me. I checked out wothout a word, apologies nor anything.
Trully poor.

“Very Good”

So far the room is very gorgeous and clean. The receptionist is very caring and outgoing. I needed my suite jacuzzi cleaned and felt the need to clean it myself but they had insist on doing it themselves due to it being there job. Housekeeping were very nice, and informed me that everything was taken care with a note, as far as the breakfast I would give there breakfast four stars, a lot of varieties for everyone. The only issue that I could think of that many can agree on is getting here I didn’t have much problems seeing as though I live in the Lehigh Valley but if you’re not familiar then yes you may have an issue getting here and out. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Hamptons it was very welcoming and romantic. Keep up the good work everyone.

Room Tip: Use the internet so that you can go through an agencys!

“Nice for a quick stay”

We stayed here one night and were very happy with the property. The woman at the front was so nice and super helpful. Our stay was quiet and we had no problems. It was nice to have the complimentary breakfast in the morning.

We would stay here again for a quick stay. We didn't want to make the trip back to NJ after visiting the Koziar's Christmas Village and decided to spend the night here.

“Good for a Quick Stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 November 2011

Stayed here for one night, on business. Hotel was clean, modern, and conveniently located off of 22. I liked my king suite, but probably wouldn't stay here long term. My bed looked like it was reused sheets as there was hair inside the covers. Breakfast was one notch better over typical hotel breakfast. The bathroom was a bit noisy all night, so if you are the type that needs complete quiet, I would check your room first before staying. Overall, I probably would stay here again.

“Better than average for a Hampton Inn”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 November 2011

Seems I keep ending up in Hampton Inns when traveling on business, and have grown to dread that a bit, but I thought this one was a nice surprise. It is, indeed, a bit hidden back in an industrial park, but the desk staff helped us find the 'secret passage way' back to the main drag which made it only a 5 minute walk back to several decent eateries. (Didn't have a car!) I found this property to be a bit cleaner and up to date than other Hampton Inns I've visited lately. The linens were fresh, and it was a good nights sleep. Had a chance to chat with the owner for a few minutes upon departure, and found him and all the staff to be courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was... fine. Still not quite sure what those eggs are, (Made from concentrate, perhaps?) but the sausage links were better than usual.

Would certainly stay here again if I were in the neighborhood.

Room Tip: Pretty quiet place. Seems there would not be many bad choices here.
